Shipping prices are applicable to the 48 contiguous states only. If your order is being shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, we will contact you with the exact shipping charges before we ship your order. You will be charged the US shipping price at checkout. Any request for Customs Duty at the time of delivery, is the responsibility of the buyer.

We make every effort to ship orders in 3 to 4 days. We ship via United States Postal Service which normally takes 2 to 3 business days, within the United States. If you would like to be guaranteed overnight shipping, please select the option below and it will be added to your order. Please note that Overnight shipping is not "Same Day Shipping"....we will make every effort to ship overnight shipping orders within 24 hours. If when we take your order to the Post Office and the shipping charges exceed the amount you have paid, we will inform you of any additional amount owed before we ship your order. Please make sure where you live that the Post Office accepts overnight deliveries...some remote areas do not accept overnight delivery. Overnight shipping is only available in the United States.

1.) Are these hats really the original Austrian Ski Team hats?
Yes these are the same hats made and worn by your favorite Austrian Ski Team favorites like World Cup Champions, Benjamin Reich, Stefan Eberharter, Hermann Meir, Rainer Schoenfielder, Nicole Hosp, Renate Goerchel and Machela Dorfmeister. They are produced in Austria using only the finest wools from the world over, especially Italy!
2.) I want to order more than one hat. What are the shipping costs? Our shipping cost is based on how much you spend: up to $65.00=$8.00; $65.01 to $125.00=$10.00; $125.01 to $200.00=$15.00; $200.01 and higher=$20.00. If the actual shipping cost exceeds $20.00 you will be notified by email what the actual shipping charges are. You will be billed separately for any additional shipping charges.
3.) If I see a hat in your catalog that is Out of Stock, how can I order it? Many of our styles will come back in stock later in the ski season or the following year. If the warehouse has inventory available we can order for you. Just contact us.
4.) If I see a style somewhere that you don't carry, can you get it for me? Simply send us a picture, style name and/or # color etc. and we can check our warehouse for you. Just contact us.
5.) Can you produce a custom hat for our ski club, ski team, academy etc.? Yes, there are minimums that have to be met. You can chose an existing style/color, or you can custom order the style hat you like with your team colors. Just Just contact us.
6.) What does SP mean? Almost all of the hats that we carry at Austrian Ski Hats / Eisbarusa are the Skipool style meaning that it has the "S" patch on the front of the hat, with the "Eisbär" logo meaning used and or made for the Austrian Ski Team.
7.) Do you take returns? Austrian Ski hats wants to insure your 100% satisfaction. Since we provide you with excellent photos of each style and color we will take any hat back for a full exchange or full refund. All tags must still be attached to the product. Any product returned without tags will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. Please Contact Us for return shipping information.
In the event of an exchange you will be liable for shipping costs back to Austrian Ski Hats and for us to send you a hat back.
